Hotel “Predela” is located in Predel area, between Rila and Pirin Mountains, 16 km from the famous ski resort of Bansko and 40 km from Blagoevgrad.
The hotel is located 50 meters from the main road from Blagoevgrad to Bansko. It’s build in 1956.

The hotel is reached by an asphalt road and is surrounded by a massive brick wall and is built on 1 937 square meters of own land.
The hotel is a monolithic building consisting of two interconnected blocks, one with a built-up area of ​​360 sq.m and the other with a built-up area of ​​108 sq.m. Both blocks are on three floors.
The bed capacity, which can accommodate 60 people, consists of:
4 apartments, 8 double rooms, 10 triple rooms. All rooms have private bathrooms, TVs and balconies only on the third floor. The hotel has a recreation room with 40 chairs and a fireplace, which can be used as a restaurant.

The heating is with a diesel boiler. There are installed solar panels for hot water.

The building needs repairs-foundation, roof, windows, radiators.
