The Pirin Eco houses complex is located in Blagoevgrad region, 4 km from the
city of Razlog, in the calmness of the terrain of The Painted Church, just 7 km from
Bansko ski area and 15 km from Dobrinishte ski area. It is also 200 meters from the
entrance to one of the largest golf courses in the country – Pirin Golf with 18 holes.
Pirin Eco houses is a complex of 4 log – type houses built along the old Roman
Road, dating since IV century, close (10m) to the archeological ruins of The Painted
Church – a valuable find discovered by archaeologists with two inscribed churches
built at different times in IVc. and XVc.

The complex is situated on a total area of 2500 sq.m. Each of the four
houses has a built up area of 140 sq.m., consisting of an entrance hall, a living
room with a fireplace and a TV, dining room with a kitchen equipped with a
refrigerator, an oven, ceramic hobs. There is also a corridor for the two
bedrooms – each with beds of 2 metres width, a big bathroom with a toilet
and one small guest toilet,. The windows are wooden, triple glazed. Every
wooden log has a diameter of 22cm.
Each house is furnished with handmade wooden furniture of individual
colour and design. The entrance hall, bathrooms and toilets have terracotta
tiles. The floor and the ceilings are made of wood, under which there is also
a 15 cm Swedish wool for better thermal insulation. The roofs are made of
Tondach tiles.
Very good optic cable offers quick and reliable Internet and wi-fi.
One more house – spa center with Russian bath inside, with approved
building permit is going to be built next to the four already built houses.
An automatic system for gardening is integrated. All paths and alleys
are made out of stone.
Nestled in the beautiful Razlog valley, at the foot of the majestic Pirin
Mountains, the houses are close to wonderful opportunities for relaxation and
sport activities – great skiing and free riding conditions in winter, golf from
spring to autumn, hiking, horseback riding, cycling, swimming and spa
treatments in natural mineral pools in the nearby villages of Dobrinishte and
Banya, as well as swimming pools at nearby hotels, paragliding and many more.
